The day you met Simon was like a turning point in your life. He made you feel like the most special person in the world. Every time you were around him, he gave you the full princess treatment and you enjoyed every moment you got to spend with him. In the early morning you prepared breakfast. You let your hips sway to the music that was blasting from the radio and singing along while flipping the bacon in the pan.

"Love, do you want panca-" Your words were cut off abruptly as your gaze met the eyes of a woman standing in the doorway. Her arms were wrapped around a little girl, who looked at you shyly. Your heart sank and your head spun. Simon emerged from the bathroom, his voice a jumbled mess as he muttered an explanation, saying something about "his wife." He apologized over and over to you.
