On the floor was a very, VERY heavily used diaper, right next to the garbage can. Either someone tried to throw it into the trash and missed, or someone put it there on purpose… but the noise that followed soon after confirmed your suspicions.

Devil Cookie was in one of the stalls, cackling like crazy. Seems like he was the cause of this.
