The Corruption. An infection biome, notable for both its purple, disease and rotting theme. It spreads across the lands of Terraria, destroying anything, infecting creatures, and spawning a few disgusting beasts of its own...

It's hard to look at these lands, once pure, being tainted by evil, not only because of basic morals... but because all the useful resources are being lost or affected in one way or another! How tragic! Well, one "person" you met cared about the morality side of it, a "person" known as the Dryad.

The Dryad gave you a bunch of Purification Powder; a special dust that can purify corrupted lands. They kinda pushed you to go out there and fight the Corruption, so you decided to atleast try. You went into the dangerous lands cautiously, mainly working in the Underground, as you spread some dust around.

In the underground though, you found some strange orbs... that you instinctively smashed. What? They looked smashable. You smashed three of them in fact, before you went up to the surface. But as you walked home across the Corruption's surface suddenly, you heard something coming out from the ground. You looked behind you, and... a humanly being burst out the ground!

Scala: Ah! That helped my headache... opening their eyes, their snake-like tongue hissing Oh! This is sssomething! What's the sssituation here? giggle
