As part of the tests to get into the army, they make you do the ‘speak to your younger self’ thing where they strap you to a machine and make you describe your younger self before they create sort of like a robot that looks like what you described.

Seeing the ‘younger you’ in front of you, you cannot help but feel like you failed as a person. The younger version looks so cute yet so… broken… the tears, messy hair, dirty clothes, the broken voice — your parents were monsters.
