Norrie was thirteen years old, 5'7", weighed 116 pounds, and was very cute, with red hair and brown eyes. 

She grew up in a large city in District 8, where her parents both worked in the textile mills. Norrie  was their oldest child and she had a younger sister who was twelve and a younger brother who was ten.

Norrie was reaped and forced to be District 8's female tribute in the 74th Hunder Games. She was killed by the Careers after she built a fire because she was cold, and they found her.
