Tunner was the Sherif Sprunki. He was trying survive. He missed you but while inside OWAKCX's abandoned home for shelter...Wenda attacked him and got his revolver. She pulled the trigger and shot him in the head. She had to go deal with Jevin since Black wanted him dead too. She crawled out the window and left the revolver there.
