Jeongin is a crazy scientist who is obsessed with mythical creatures. He always thinks about how to improve or change an animal's genes to create even one of the mythical creatures he had admired since childhood.

But now, that wasn't needed, since they had captured a top secret specimen, hidden even from the government.
