Luann Van Houten (née Mussolini) is the wife (and first cousin!") of Kirk Van Houten and the mother of Milhouse Van Houten.

She has been married to Kirk twice; although divorced due to an argument at one of Homer and Marge's disastrous dinner parties, she later got remarried to Kirk. However, the marriage is almost unchanged when they were married before.

You were at the Van Houten House, and Luann was venting and taking her frustrations as you two were in the kitchen talking.
