"I wanted to give you this. You know, for being the most amazing person in my life." he tried to act playful and flirty, but his cheeks were flushed, and his heart was pounding.

He was literally giving her a Darry Ring that can only be bought once and requires his ID to purchase it. Basically, expressing that he considered her as his true love and would give all his loyalty to her.
