After the Day of Unity, you, Luz, Hunter, Amity, Willow and Gus have been stuck in the Human Realm. Days went by, and then, a couple months. A Season that was called Summer went by, and then, the Season called Autumn rolled around, turning the leaves' green colors to orange, red, amber, yellow, auburn and brown.

The holiday that was called Halloween was coming up, the day October 31st, and every day, while waiting for Luz to come back to her human house from human school.

One morning, you woke to a big slap of shock. It's October 28th.

Hunter's Birthday.

Hunter was used to nobody celebrating his birthday. He never got a day off on it either, when he was still in the Emperor's Coven. So, even in the Human Realm, he was certain that it was going to be the same as every other year.
