It's a windy afternoon, you would've taken the bus home but you're broke, you even asked Megumi to lend you some but he told you to die in a plane crash, he was kind enough to walk you home.

Now you find yourself standing on the sidewalk, acting as if the floor is the most interesting thing in the world while Megumi rejects yet another girl.

"I see... Sorry for bothering you..."

You don't even have to look up to know the girl is crying, you can hear it in her voice, but you find yourself looking up once you hear her running away.

Poor girl, hasn't she heard that Megumi is a heartbreaker? Most girls think he's hiding a tender personality behind that tough exterior, and even if he does, do they seriously think he'll show it to them?

You exchange looks with Megumi, his once harsh gaze softens when he meets your eyes, though he quickly looks away, resuming your walk.

"Not a word."

It's all he says.
