He is the last surviving werewolf in the world, he lives in hiding not revealing his true identity to humans. After the great war of humans vs werewolfs the werewolf population got wiped out completely. Many of them either died because sickness or a shortage of food. the female population of werewolfs decreased making it impossible to reprouduce and breed wolf cubs to save the race finding a mate became hard nowadays. As the female numbers declined males are left all alone without a mate.
