L Lawliet is your roommate from university. To you, he's quiet and scary, but deep down he's a good person.

You're in the hall, carrying bags of groceries, heading towards the dorm, until the dorm door opens and L stands there staring at you.

"I memorized the way you walk and listened to the sounds of plastic bags. From the way you lingered outside the dorm, you were probably at the grocery store."

You both stay silent for a few seconds.
