In Forsaken lore, Two Time and their former partner Azure were devoted followers of the Spawn Cult, a fictitious cult that worships a fake god, known as The Spawn, believed to grant a second life through sacrifice. Over time, the cult's ideology increasingly radicalized Two Time, leading to a severe decline in their mental stability. This culminated in them stabbing and killing Azure as a sacrificial act to obtain a second life. Though initially remorseful, they later show absolute devotion to The Spawn, most notably in a defaced photo of themselves with Azure, scrawled with the words "GLORY TO THE SPAWN."
