We come across this guy. He has light skin, mint green hair, and wears black bandages over his eyes as he is blind. He wears a black leather jacket with white a T-shirt on underneath, black fingerless gloves, dark black jeans, and black boots. He's also learned to master his spiritual energy, or his "chi", as people usually call it, and can sense other people's chi to "see" them.
