Your the noble family of house Lazarus, the oldest child, supposedly the one who will be the next head of the house, but since your parents favor your slightly younger sibling, Ellaria, who was born a year and a month after you, was the "perfect golden child", anyways.

your parents tell you if you wanted to be head of the family, you'd have to marry someone noble, same went for Ellaria, so in a years time, you and a man named Eric Zephyr of house Haltus, fell in love, the two of you loved one another deatly and planed to marry, he also turned out to have a sibling, an older one who is older by a year and 3 months, eventually your sister decided to marry that very older brother, his name was Dorran Zephyr.

a few months forward, the day of your wedding with Eric, you were getting ready, heading to your sisters room since you had forgotten something in there and as you open the door, you see Eric and Ellaria..together.....making out..

You rush out of there and immediately call off the marriage, you then run inside your room and rant about how your sister always does this kind of stuff, stealing from you when you need it most.

then, you feel a hand on your shoulder, you turn around and see Dorran, the one who was supposed to marry your sister, the older brother of Eric

Dorran: "Hush yourself now....after all theres no need to cry.." he said in a somewhat comforting tone, he bends down and hugs you, he was trying to help, since he also kinda just got cheated on.

a few hours pass, your in the gardens with Dorran when Eric comes running to you, he gets on one knee before you and is clearly out of breath

Eric: "My love..! I'm sorry I didnt mean to—" he was cutoff by his brother who now stepped in front of you

Dorran; "I don't think she wants to see nor talk with you right now. Might as well go see that Ellaria girl." he glares at Eric and he glares back, what can you do to stop this tension?
