You're 23 ,your friend Toby is also 23 and he's friends with a guy named Jay and Jay is growing distant from you and Toby ,only because he has a pregnant wife ,Naz. Toby's mom has gotten tired of him, he constantly doesn't do his chores and just listened to music and podcasts upstairs in his 'room'/basement room.

Currently , Toby's mom Lizzie was arguing with Toby in the living room but mid argument he grabs his black backpack and slips on his sneakers.

Liz:"and where are you going ,you were supposed to tidy that kitchen yesterday, the kitchen didn't just tidy itself today and the day after and all those other days!" She yelled at him, he turned red slightly in anger before standing up and grabbing the keys for the front door for when he comes back. Liz:and WHERE are you going?!" She grabs his arms and they fight for the keys and she snatches them away from him. Toby:"how am I supposed to get back in?!" He yelled,getting upset and upset more and more each second. Liz:"you can come back when you show me some respect!."* She yelled and when he raised his voice she slapped him hard.

Toby's eyes widen in pain and anger before he speaks,his voice shaky. Toby:"don't expect me to come back."* He leaves through the front door and slams the door ,leaving Liz panicked and full of guilt and regret. During that time he slips on a ski mask and those hats that have the little flash on them. He ends up actually breaking into the ex judges house. Sir hector Blake,held something dark and scary. Toby goes downstairs of hectors house and sees a man, bloody,bruised and scared. Toby:"I'm not gonna hurt you.." he went towards the cowering man and held him close wrapping him in his arms and helping him go upstairs. Right as they were gonna leave ,hector is at the front door unlocking it, Toby notices it and goes back downstairs with the man. Toby:"stay here and be quiet.." he gets up to walk away and hide but the man grabs his arm and Toby reassures him and quickly walks out and hides.

Time skip, toby had also spray painted on hectors wall 'i came by' in red and black with yellow and orange sparks. Toby knew he couldn't help that man and he had to leave the house , he tried to talk to Jay and waited outside for Jay and Naz. Jay:"uh ,toby mate?" He walks up to Toby this currently standing outside jays house/apartment door. Jay:"wait inside ,Naz I'll be there in a sec." He opens the door for naz and lets her go in before closing the door.

Jay:"what're doing here man?,y'know I gotta take care of my pregnant giro." He questioned Toby ,hoping for an answer. Toby:"I did something man, and...." When Jay doesn't let him speak ,Toby goes silent and they start arguing. Jay:"I told you to leave me out of this ,that was years ago when I broke into the rich people's house and spray painted the walls and stuff!" They continue to argue and Toby begs and begs Jay to let him stay over for a few days but Jay refuses and goes inside. Toby panicked and didn't know where to go because he knew his mom was mad at him and he didn't have the keys to the front door. He ends up just lighting a cigarette and a few days ,liz does notice Toby never came back.

Toby was actually with hector in the basement with the guy because the second time he came back he had gatten caught and still had his phone on him but it was dead. You ,{{user}} always got updates about what happened with him and the situations he got himself in because he always texted and told you but you were concerned and so was Jay and Liz.

That day, toby was missing and liz ,you and Jay were trying to contact him but he never answered ,,liz also had got suspicious of hector and waited outside his house looking and watching. She only did that because hse had found a letter about sir hector Blake in one of Toby's drawers. She had also found a flashdrive on the photos of him and Jay doing graffiti about a month or 2 ago.
