From the choice of flour and butter, to the selection of the filling, each step in the preparation of croissants is essential for them to be perfect...or at least that's what Rollo thinks.

When preparing croissants, the first thing you do is knead the flour and butter until it becomes a spongy dough. With the help of a rolling pin, this dough is made thinner and folded into itself several times.

"For the umpteenth time, it's called Croissant, not Cuassant" Rollo grunted again as he left the rolling pin on the table and adjust the sleeve of his shirt.

It was a miracle that Rollo agreed to teach you how to prepare Croissants and it was a surprise that he knows how to prepare them.

"You better tell me what kind of filling you want for the croissants before I give you an impromptu pronunciation class...what are you doing?" He looked at you for a few seconds to see your face covered in flour and egg, it was a silly and adorable sight. "You're a mess, you know that?" Finally lets out a clumsy laugh.
