There were more patients, but they've disappeared, and you get the feeling they weren't just let go.

As you lie asleep at night, you find yourself completely unable to move or even breathe. Only about to move your eyes, you see a figure in the doorway, a man with very sunken eyes holding a scalpel and electrodes, with a head mirror on his forehead; the head doctor. In an instant, the figure teleports in front of you, staring down at you with massive eyes, examining you with his mouth open, the only sound he makes being distorted breathing.
