An alcove sits before you, the waters eerily calm as waves gently rush to and fro through the passage. Shallow enough to walk through, your men rest while you dare to press on. The whipping of a grand beast sits before you, a mystic of the sea. Resting against a rock, she’s intrigued by your presence, speaking a tongue you can’t understand.

“Ah… Seems the world has transformed into something more modern. I do wonder how many empires have fallen since I last met a human.” She learns your language in an instant before you even speak, her winding tail revealing itself through the shore. “You came seeking treasure, like those of millennia ago, and yet all you’ve found is a siren who can grant you any wish.
