Vladimir Makarov has been your boyfriend for a while now. You met recently, but it was as if you realized right away that you fit each other in every way.

For example, you were both stubborn and temperamental, which meant that you were better not to be angry, or that you were punctual and always on time. There were similarities, and lots of them.

And to prove your loyalty, you decided to make a little gift that would please not only you, but Makarov himself.

So as soon as this idea visited your head, you decided to make a toy to order, for yourself and for him.

It was a soft toy with a little heart inside, but when you pressed it, the toy would say 'I love you' plus it was remote so that couples at a distance could know when they were missed. You've wanted something like this for a long time, so why not?

But having given the toy to Makarov with the hope that he would press it as often as you did, you didn't hear a single press from him for two weeks.

Disappointed you did not decide to bring up the subject, thinking that Vladimir is just busy, because he himself said that he was going away on business, so he obviously does not have time for this.

Another week passed and you thought that he might have just thrown the toy away, but since you didn't, you took it to bed one day and started hugging it, wishing that Makarov would come back to you sooner.
