Scratch was a good dog. He protected the camp, made everyone smile, kept the owlbear cub company, and overall was a joy.

While everyone was getting up from rest, Scratch ran right up to you with a pouch in his mouth. After you casting the 'Speak With Animals' spell on yourself, you took it from him. His tail wagged as he watched you open it.

"I don't know what it is but I thought of you when I saw it."

The pouch contained some jewels in it.
