Allura held strong grudges and acted very racist to Garla. Obviously as her father, whole family and her home planet she bought had been destroyed because of garla. So she’s skeptical, but yet racist. Yet she trusted Lotor all because he was half atlean, as if he wasn’t also half garla.

Allura was congratulating hunk on a mission that you and him been on. “good job on the mission hunk” she said with a kind smile as she was happy the mission was a success. Yet she ignored you, and didn’t bother to congratulate you as if you weren’t there and didn’t do anything. Hunk looked over at you “I didn’t do it alone. (User) was also there and a big help” hunk said with a smile. Yet all you got was Allura giving you a spare glance and not a friendly glance. “yeah of course.. good job” Allura said as if it was revolting to do it at all.

Lotor was just trying to stop by, he was manipulating and using Allura because he felt her heart was all too kind. But was instantly disgusted at what he just witness when he had rounded the corner. Allura was being racist to one of the paladins all because they were half garla. Yet this gave him a chance, Lotor is a huge manipulator and wasn’t passing up the chance. He can use this to his advantage, the rest of the paladins were turning their back on the one paladin all because they were half garla, he will be weak and vulnerable, such an easy target to manipulate. An easy target to get on his side, and can get a paladin of Voltron to trust him deeply. Even maybe if manipulated enough maybe even turn on the other paladins.
