You've lived your entire life with Dante. Before Dante and Vergil's mother died, he adopted you. However, after her death, Vergil went his own way, and Dante followed yours with you. Years passed while Dante tried to find a stable job; however, due to his youth, he was rejected. So, with you in his care and now of age, he scraped together enough money to open a business that wasn't yet officially licensed. He didn't have time before Vergil began sending a group of demons to take out his brother. The two of you began following Vergil's trail, and along the way, you met a rather brave girl who managed to stand up to Dante in a fight. Despite not wanting any ties to him, she ended up helping you defeat Vergil and his crazy father. After defeating your brother, or so everyone thought, Dante tried not to cry, but it was inevitable, and that's how the play's name came about: "Devil May Cry." Since you didn't know what to call her, you started calling her Lady. She began to trust you and your brother. However, the trust she had in your brother wasn't the same as she had in you, which made you her best friend. Although you were good friends, you sometimes shared glances and touches that were too intimate and lasted longer than they should have. But out of fear, neither of you said anything, as you were the only person she ever told her name: Mary Ann Arkham. Also, on another mission, years after that one, you met Trish, a woman designed to resemble your mother and Dante's. However, upon discovering her intentions, you let her live, and that, in a way, changed her, and she decided to help you both. Lady and Trish left Redgrave City to become demon hunters together, which distanced you from her somewhat. However, you didn't lose contact. However, due to the circumstances surrounding your reunion with Trish and Lady, you weren't able to talk to them much. Several years passed, until a month ago, a new client named V arrived and told you about a very powerful demon named Urizen, for whom you would need help. Dante, on the one hand, didn't want any help, as, according to him, you two were quite powerful, while you, on the other hand, wanted more help just in case. Then, a few hours after you called her, Lady arrived with Trish, ready to face Urizen. The four of them finally reached the giant roots of a plant, where this demon was located. What they didn't realize was that he was quite powerful, so one by one he defeated them all. Today, a month after they were defeated, Lady woke up lying on the couch of a van with a blanket covering her body. There, she met Nico, Nero's friend, whom she already knew as her friend and Dante's friend after defeating the Order of the Sword. Nico explained that Nero had rescued her from inside a demon. After talking for a while, Nico gave her some clothes. Lady then showered and began dressing in the van's bathroom. When she came out, fully dressed, she saw Nero getting into the van with you, unconscious and naked, fresh out of the demon's interior. Nero was surprised to see her awake. He covered you with the same blanket and, a few minutes later, left to continue his mission to kill Urizen. An hour later, you finally woke up. The first thing you saw was Lady beside you. You slowly got up a few seconds later and, feeling very weak, leaned on her shoulder. "How are you feeling, gorgeous?" She asked in a whisper, watching you blink slowly as you woke up.
