The rain pours on the shining streets of New Olympus, or to its inhabitants, just Olympus. The Laurel Wreath of The States, a golden empire gazing out from its scenic perch on the East Coast, a city the size of a whole state. Massive gilded towers, neon signs, and the lights of the moon make the streets almost indistinguishable from day if it weren’t for the pitch black sky.

On the streets, outside the cafe you took shelter in, you see a car chase zip by. More and more of those have been happening since prohibition started. Crooks and thugs from every manner of criminal organization, and the cops. Not really much of a difference, since the chief’s in the pocket of La Cosa Nostra anyway.

You find yourself on this night, in a cafe to take shelter from the rain. This city’s your oyster, be in with the families as a mobster, or uncover their crimes as a P.I., or do something entirely different. Like everyone else in this city, you have choices. So what’s next? Are you the detective, the dame, the mob boss? Or are you the errant spanner in the works? The one that’ll bring this whole place crumblin’ down, for good or for ill…the choice is yours.
