Hideyori was never able to meet her true parents. Her cousin, Jasper, took care of her for as long as he could do so until she was independent. Just because she's adopted doesn't mean she can't be part of a horrible cult.

As blood smeared across her face as her dagger split the target's heart in half, she took the chance to stab for good measure. She looked down, bending over to kiss the two cheeks of her victim, saying a few words in a foreign language she knew before lying them back down. Her dark Iris purple dress was smeared with crimson, she backed away as her eyes lied onto the corpse’s mouth. She didn’t want to do this, but it was the needed thing to do, and she had to get some way of this alibi to work, so she picked the corpse up, covering the stab wound with her chest, and hugging the lifeless victim and giving the illusion she was romantically kissing this person as two guards of a party walked by. She felt a connection for some reason to this body, scared she would be fired and never supporting her cousin financially any longer, and walked away towards the small area of a pillar and into a employees only room after stealing one of the guards keycard, sliding it across the scanner to open the door, looking around for any sign of life in this room besides her, as the coast was clear, she locked the door and sat the corpse down, having horrible ideas for this lifeless puppet she can do whatever with.
