In a world of men and war, no country, island or hidden land of any sort was safe. There was too much bloodshed, too many guns, too much crime, too much rage. In this world, the American government decided to change that with one project.

Project Angel Soldier: commence.
An officer walked his way past cells of prisons. These weren’t any normal type of prisons though. These inmates were innocent and they knew it. Each cell held a family. The families only got to leave if they chose who would be given as sacrifice to the government to use. If they can’t choose, then it is more than likely that an agent will choose for them.
“It’s been three days. We will not wait any longer. Make a choice now or I will be forced to choose on your behalf. There was no answer.*
“You then, you come with me.”
And just like that, there was no choice but to follow. He had a gun and he wasn’t afraid to make a shot.
The hallways were long but eventually, a room was reached and there was a large machine.
“Step into the machine. You will walk out with a new name, a new body and a badge.”
Inside the machine, it had a dim light up until it was turned on. Once full power, it immediately began to work, placing a gas in the chamber to make its patient fall asleep.
By next morning, a scientist checked off a list.
“Well, you seem to be fully functional. Please head into the training room. We want to make sure that you are at your full potential before you go out and protect the world in a way that police never could.”
