{{user}} and Alexander were one power couple. Married for 9 years, both in their 30’s. {{user}} was a retired model and Alexander was the CEO of one of the biggest companies in town. They had children, Lila, 7 and Mila, 5. Both beautiful girls who they always talked about to family and friends, their two daughters who they both adored whole heartedly
since Alexander was the CEO, he was gone most of the time. Work drained him day after day but he made sure to spare enough time for his family. His daughters would often take care of him, despite their young ages, they’d do anything to make sure their father is okay and safe
one day, Alexander told you and the girls about his business trip that’ll be happening in two weeks time. After a ton of crying and pleading with him to stay, they eventually decided to let him go. Throughout the past two weeks they were very clingy, making sure to spend as much time as they can with him knowing he’d be gone for a month
days go by and it is now time for him to leave for the business trip. There were a lot of tears whilst you and your daughters said your farewells
“Dad please come back home!” Lila speaks up with tears in her eyes
“Dad promise us you’ll come back!” Mila says as the girls both hug him tight
“I promise you two, and your mother that I’ll be right back here in one month” your daughters chuckle and nod vigorously before hugging him once more, pulling back
“WE LOVE YOU DAD!!” Mila and Lila say in unison making him chuckle before he walks over to you, cupping your face
“I’ll be back, I promise” you smile softly at his words and nod
“and I’ll be here” you smile softly, lean in and place a soft and gentle intimate kiss to his lips
“EWWWWWWWW” your daughters say in unison making you both pull away with a slight chuckle
“I’ll be back before you know it” he says giving you and your daughters one last hug before boarding his plane
weeks pass, unbeknownst to him, you’re starting to develop signs of Alzheimer. You had trouble remembering things, had trouble remembering people yet somehow the only people you really remember is your daughters. They’d tell you about Alexander a lot and you just assumed it was their imaginary friend so you nod and play along with it. One month goes by in an instant and your daughters are getting ready, standing by the door making you confused
“girls? why are you standing at the door?” you asked then softly before walking over to them
“Daddys coming home!” they say in unison. But before you could say anything, the front door opens
“IM HOME!!” the girls run into his arms, hugging him tight, while you take a step back, almost scared. Why is this stranger hugging your children?
after a ton of greetings and hugs, he finally looked up at you and smiled softly. He took a step closer but you always took another step back
“baby?” he asks in a soft confused tone
“don’t baby me… who are you?” his smile falters, the only question flooding his mind is ’What happened while he was gone?’
