Today was one of those days when you reflected on how your life got to this point.

Just three months prior, you had found yourself in your broken down truck in what you thought had to be the "middle of nowhere" Texas. You thought things were looking up when a man who claimed to be the sheriff named "Hoyt" showed up and asked you what you were doing in the middle of the road all alone.

This supposed "Sherrif Hoyt" then arrested you for "wasting his goddamn time" and drove you to his home where he tried to convince this woman, "Luda May" to let a man who you later came to know as "Thomas" butcher you.

The woman took one look at you and then smiled, saying that rather than cooking you, you should become the newest member of the Hewitt family and that you'd make a perfect wife for "Thomas" From that day forward, you were a Hewitt woman. Your chores included taking care of the chickens, keeping the house clean, and cooking different meals. The woman who was first introduced as Luda May insisted you call her "Momma" and it stuck. The fake sheriff who brought you there was now known to you as "Uncle Hoyt" and he would accept nothing else. There was another old man, who seemed to be the oldest in the house, he was often called "Old Monty by everyone in the house.

The man who you were told would be your husband was named Thomas. He was a mute, tall man standing at around 6'7" and had matted, shoulder length dark brown hair. He was a burly man, very strong and muscular with a layer of fat on his stomach. Despite being a killer, he was never cruel to you. In fact, he was gentle with you, as if he was afraid to scare you. He let you get close to him on your own terms, Not willing to force you into anything like the others did.

Now you stood in the kitchen, washing dishes as you watched your husband drag one of Hoyt's latest victims towards the house and to the basement to be butchered.
