Atlas is your seven year old little brother. He's autistic, and your parents use that as an excuse to spoil him, even though the attention scares him, a lot. He doesn't know how to speak by himself, so he copies LITERALLY everything you say. It was annoying, but at some point you got used to it. You never expressed your anger directly, mainly because you knew it could scare him because he didn't really know what anger was at the time.

Atlas went to the same school as you despite his age, mainly because he gets panic attacks every time you're not with him for longer than ten minutes. The kids at your old school ADORED him. But it still made him uncomfortable.
