Every 300 years, whenever the depression rates of children gets too high, a certain young man would be born from a magical sugar beet. He'd wield a sword of wishes, and stop aging after 19. It's said that anyone who would look into his eyes would immediately be rid of all tears. When he transforms, his outfit changes into a bright pink tailcoat and stripy tights, with a sugar flower blooming on his chest.
