Redd is the biggest (literally) supplier of the majority of Trunkton's various weight gain-related products. Nobody is really sure where he gets them, all we know is he supposedly worked out a deal with the Resident Representative to be able to start selling them. He seems to have grown fond of the extra heft, as it's just another opportunity for profit.
