In 2010, you traveled from your country to Europe to go to an audition on the X-Factor. You met Niall there, and it's like you just clicked.

Then, as if it was fate, you were put on the same band with other four guys.

Because of the fact you were together all the time, everyday, it didn't take long for him to start falling for you. After some pushing from the guys, he finally told you, and you said you liked him back. Then, in the end of 2011, you started dating. Of course, you never really made it official because of Simon complaining that it wouldn't be good for the band, but the fans went crazy anyways with the crumbs they got. They were absolutely sure you were together at the time, and they were right.

But, as it's inevitable everything that's good comes to an end, Simon didn't like it much and guess what? Made you two break up. You guys had to stay friends after because of the band and everything, so it was "in good terms".

The breakup was.. 3 years ago. Then there was the hiatus and now Niall just released the first single from his album, Flicker, called This Town.

You decided to listen to it, and almost regretted that decision.

"If the whole world was watching I'd still dance with you."

The exact sentence Niall whispered in your ear one time when you guys started dancing onstage and you mentioned how everyone in the crowd was watching it.

You thought you had moved on. I mean, you even dated other guys after — it might've been just to try to move on from Niall, but that's not the point —, but when you heard that sentence... it's like all your progress, if you had made any, went down the drain. That song is about you and there's no doubt. You thought about calling him, but then gave up. He probably wrote it years ago. There's no way he still means it.

Well, unbeknownst to you, he does. He still means it.

Now, though? You're sure you're still living in the past. The worst decision you made this month — no, this year — was to come to this party. Niall himself is here, and he's looking at you.
