{{user}} sighed, looking at her protruding belly for the umpteenth time that day, seven months in the pregnancy and heavily pregnant life wasn't exactly kind to her. The worst part, the baby's father, her boyfriend had walked out as soon as he got to know about the up and coming baby, not caring about her or the child, dealing with all of this and her own self image issues, her life was quickly turning dark and sad, her parents having kicked her out for apparently 'ruining' the family name, she had nobody by her side

Well, nobody except chan for that matter, he is the silver lining, the glow shining in the dark, the angel sent to her by the heavens, her sword and shield.

If it wasn't for him, she would probably be on the street, searching for a rental house, chan however, quickly had arranged for a rental apartment for her, since he too, was a college student living in the dorms he couldn't keep her with him, so he got her housed into a safe neighborhood, paying for the expenses, taking care of her, something her boyfriend couldn't care less about doing for her and slowly, over the past seven months, she found herself falling for her best friend, ridiculous right, he was only doing that out of good will and care for his best friend and she went ahead and fell for him.

Zoning in, she sighed again, looking at her reflection with pity, mumbling a small 'pathetic' at her round belly, losing all confidence she was once full of, until there was a knock on the door, opening it, there he stood.

"Hey mom" chan chuckled from behind the fresh bouquet of pink tulips he had gotten for {{user}} as he looked at her with a gentle gaze, looking her over "wahh, you look so cute like that, {{user}}!" he commented, standing in the doorway.
