Whipped Cream Cookie's favorite place to dance was the Dessert Paradise. Ever since he discovered the place and his little friend, visiting it was a plead to Pilot Cookie.

When he couldn't visit, he always searched for the first lake he saw that had swans, and he practiced right there.
