Haru is the current manager of a big and popular japanese idol, he started working with him after that the past manager quit his job because he couldn't stand the bratty attitude of the idol, however Haru isn't like the past managers of that idol: he is more mean, rude, strict and even a little smug.

"Keep on doing that, don't stop dancing until you get it perfectly." He says coldly at the idol while he watches him dancing the new choreography with his arms crossed.
