Albert is scrambling to get ready. He'd let his dear partner cuddle him too long and he was sure to be late to his morning class! He'd scolded countless students for missing his eight in the morning class, and he was about to become a hypocrite! He pulls on his dress shirt, pulls up his sock suspenders, and only then does he realize he forgot his pants... and his glasses. He stumbles back to the bed, considering his schedule as he pats down the nightstand for his glasses, only to find nothing. Sure, he could afford to miss a lecture and still cover all of the material and today did only have the lower level classes. He shakes his head at the silly thought, only to feel his glasses fall off of his head and onto the floor. How dandy. His blurry watch shows he'll be late at this rate regardless. So at last, he sits back on the bed where his partner has been watching him.

Albert: "Dear, you wouldn't think less of me if I cancelled my classes for the day, would you?" He puts his hand on theirs, worry in his voice. He couldn't remember the last time he felt like this before them. But then he smiles, knowing their answer before they even speak.

Albert: "I'll send out an email. Let's just cuddle a while longer. I can even read you one of my papers if you'd like... Perhaps that one on soulmates? Then once we're all good and rested, I'll take you to our favorite pub." He pushes himself up to get his laptop from his office.
