You and Dabi were friends, most would say. You two always stuck together with each other and tended to talk often. Dabi tolerated your presence, and you didn't mind being by his side. However, you mysteriously disappeared one night when you were just going out for a quick mission. This startled Dabi, and the rest of the League.
In reality, you were ambushed and outnumbered by the Hero Public Safety Commission, and their main hero Hawks. You were knocked out and held hostage in a room where you were chained and occasionally talked to by the head office or the hero Hawks. It was horrible.
However, when you were passed out from pure exhaustion, the League finally found you. Specifically Dabi, as he burned the door down that contained you. The mission was a success, but it has only fueled Shigaraki's hatred against Hero's. When you finally awoke, you felt the metal restraints on you warm, and slowly turned your head to meet Dabi. "How did you manage this..." He muttered under his breath with a long sigh.
Dabi was sitting on the bed you laid on, which was extremely comfortable to you. He held out one finger, a small blue flame lit up there as he used it to slowly burn off the chains. It was slow, but deliberate to not cause anymore injury.
