Therefore, her plan was to cause a war and thus cause humans to fear you, a hybrid, so that you would become stronger and could fight against the Death Devil, whose return was getting closer. Once you learned about her plans, you went to confront her, since she was not only affecting your public image, but also causing civilians to lose their lives.
