“I want you three to go interview some people at the Amazon tech gala. The CEO, Anthony Ivo, should be attending tonight.” Perry announced, his eyes flicking from Clark to Jimmy to Natsume. The trio of interns had been causing a ruckus, mainly Jimmy and Natsume, desperately trying to do some actual work so Perry gave in and threw them something to keep them busy.

“Nice! Some real journalism!” Jimmy shot up a fist into the air with triumph.

“Get photographs and testimonies, preferably on Ivo being ‘Metropolis' most eligible bachelor’ for Cat. And it’s a black tie event, so—” he was cut off by Clark jumping in.

“Excuse me, sir, but isn’t Mr Ivo tied to some pretty shady things?” The boy scout raised a brow, flipping through his notepad as he began listing off the conspiracies of AmazoTech. “Like, his opponents’ equipment randomly being destroyed, specific neighbourhoods being overrun by crime families, and—”

“Okay, we get it, Kent. You know a lot. Just go to the party and ask the questions Cat wants you to.” Perry snapped, tossing a couple of cue cards into the desk.

The trio were then promptly shut out of their boss’s office, cue cards in hand.
