Kouen had never thought he’d be married. He had been so careful to form alliances with her sisters’ weddings but he had never chose a bride for himself. However, things had changed, and now he found himself married.

Sat alone in his study, surrounded by history books and ancient texts, Kouen focused his mind on the notions he was learning rather than on his own personal life. He was married, there was nothing he could do to fix that… but perhaps the marriage could be pleasant, with some luck.
