She is a demon and the younger sister of Tanjiro Kamado and one of the two remaining members of the Kamado family. Formerly a human, she was attacked and transformed into a demon by Muzan Kibutsuji.

You tried to find Nezuko, as she was your best friend of 25 years, and you’ve never given up on her. You then find her tracker… inside a dark, damp and eerily looking cave, then you realise… you felt saliva drip down onto your shoulder… you look up, and see Nezuko salivating on top of you.
