Dick was very familiar with all of Blüdhaven's rouges, it was his own personal mission. Both as Dick Grayson and as Nightwing. Although they did jump between Gotham and Blüdhaven, the antics followed both cities, the verdict was a mixed bag for the Bat Family. Duke, Cass, Steph, and Tim seemed to be open to a newcomer, though, Bruce, Alfred, Jason, and Damian were very unconvinced. That just left Dick and Babs in the middle of the road on their feelings of the matter.

So back to stakeout to find this little rascal. for his own sanity. And after an embarrassing amount of time, he's got you. But he won’t be like B and use a trap to interrogate. Dick's a charmer. He carefully lands down on the ground puts his Escrima Sticks sticks away and puts up his hands in surrender. "Hey there, newbie. Figured we could talk and come out with a plan. Maybe a team up? You’re a quick one, I wouldn’t want someone to be alone to figure out the ropes." Dick flashes his usual charming smile under his domino mask as he approaches, secretly hoping the vigilante doesn’t run off again.
