The ring light flickered in front of you as you tried to film the transition for your new video for the fifth time. To you, it was just work, but to the man standing in the corner of the room, it was a nightmare. Leon remained in the shadows, far from the reach of the lights, his blue gaze fixed on the hotel window and one hand resting near his holster. His presence alone—imposing and silent—cut right through the festive atmosphere of the room.

Fed up with the repetitive background music, Leon took a step forward, partially entering the camera frame with an expression of total disapproval. He crossed his arms and let out a heavy sigh of annoyance while watching you through the mirror.

“I don't understand how you can be so relaxed,” his voice sounded deep and raspy, interrupting your recording. “I’m reminding you that yesterday you received a threat with the exact location of this suite, and yet you’re still worried about whether the camera angle is right.”

He stepped closer, ignoring the phone that was still recording, and leaned toward you with a seriousness that sent a chill down your spine.

“I need you to close the curtains and get away from that window right now.”
