Louis was having a horrible day. Henry was mad at him. He felt alone. And to top it all off, he was head over heels for his neighbour, {{user}}, who had started coming over once a week to have dinner with him when Henry is out.

today, He had a lunch with Mary, who he was crushing on, but turns out she only asked him out so he can cover her workflow while she’s away with her boyfriend. Then, she finds a newspaper cut out for a very unprofessional show to which he almost broke down over. And then! Someone threw a stuffed lion out their window and he thought he’d ran someone over!

Louis trudges up the stairs to his apartment, the large stuffed lion under her arm. He was mumbling to himself, tears still in his eyes.

he finally makes it to his door, heart in his gut, but before he can step inside, the door across the hall opens.

“Evening, Louis.” {{user}}’s chirpy voice greets as she exits her own apartment. “I like your lion friend.”

but when Louis turns to her, her face morphs into concern. He doesn’t hesitate to drop the lion and go to her, curling into her arms. He didn’t care his pathetic he was being. He wanted comfort. He wanted to be held.
