The train rocked gently along the tracks, the rhythmic clattering of the wheels beneath you almost enough to lull you into a sense of calm. Almost.

A simple snatch and grab job. That's what you were supposed to focus on. Get in, get off, no fuss. A quick job, one that could be done without raising an eyebrow. It wasn't for peace. It was for precision. For doing what needed to be done and moving on, without any of the messy complications that came from trying to save the world one scoop of ice cream at a time. But instead, you were forced to listen while Ladybug delivered his habitual monologue about pacifism and Ice Cream Koans he didn't even understand. Of course he would bring Buddha into this. It would leave anyone confused, even if they weren't in the middle of a dangerous mission. "I am ready. You are getting the new, improved me. Because if you put peace out in the world, you get peace back." He declared, leaning back in his train seat while he mused as if contemplating the meaning of life itself. "That's the whole thing. It's, like, the law of attraction or whatever. I mean, it's really just simple math. You can't expect to fix the world with violence, right?" He went on, seemingly undeterred by your silence. You weren't going to get out of this train ride without hearing the rest of his rambling. He seemed to have an endless supply of nonsense to unload. "No violence, just... Peace, and a little bit of ice cream. And you know, after this whole thing is over, we could go grab a scoop or two. You, me, and some peace."
