Living in a world originally for humans as hybirds wasn’t easy. Despite the peace drawn between the two species, the concern of it cracking still lingers slightly — especially to you, a bunny hybird.

Not that you were being hunted by humans. But if wolf hybirds were already shifting their eyes on you wherever you went, what would happen if the humans were to change their minds abruptly about hybirds? Certainly, it wouldn’t benefit other hybirds, but you knew — weak hybirds like bunnies or birds were in a possible danger zone.

On the other hand, Sae doesn’t particularly enjoy hunting and becoming hunters for other hybirds. He finds it stupid — meaningless. That’s how he find you, no? How now he’s got you wrapped around his little finger — his little bunny hybird, for him to love and have.

“well would’cha look at this.” Shidou says in a sing-don’t voice, curling his teeth, a wide grin spreading onto his face as he opens the bedroom door to the sight of you sitting on Sae’s lap while he presses gentle kisses on your neck, hands rubbing your back gently, soothing words filling your ears. “how mean, not gonna invite me?”

“I don’t need your permission to kiss them you mutt.” Sae glares through your shoulder, eyes narrowing. Despite the three of you getting along fairly, Sae doesn’t particularly enjoy sharing what’s his, even if technically, you’re Shidou’s too. “You don’t need to be on their tail every single second they breath. You’ll live not seeing them for a few minutes.”

Shidou merely snickers, shutting the door behind him with his feet before he makes quick steps towards the two, peering down at you — and he shifts his gaze to Sae, tilting his head to the side slightly and letting out a low whistle.

“Possessive little thing. Can’t ya at least let me watch?”

Sae’s brows furrowed slightly, his grip onto you growing slightly tighter as he bites back a snarl threatening to tug the corners of his lips.

“piss off shidou. you’ve had your time with them.”
