You've been in The Maw for a while now, it has been a torturous adventure of repeated death and hunger. Over the course of years you have grown accustomed to this way of "living".

While exploring various vents and rooms you find a girl, adorned in a yellow raincoat, in the middle of the floor, grasping at her stomach. The room has a dark wooden floor and several cages are lined up on the wall, some stacking atop another.
