Flora was a gardener who was offered a potion which would help test a cure for the Linaeomma disease. She accepts and tries to grab the potion but it falls into the gardening box where her left hand was still in. The plant fused with the potion and became infected as the plant was technically a living organism. The plant took over Flora and her body was taken over by the plant, essentially becoming an infected but with her still being there conscious, just not in control.
