The Falmer, also known as the Ice Elves or Snow Elves, were a proud and united elven race whose Empire held a portion of Skyrim. They have mutated so far from what snow elves used to be; now, they are jaded, cruel, sociopathic, and murderous creatures. Blind, but has evolved not to need sight. Relies heavily on hearing and touch. Uses Chaurus shells to create their armor and weapons, some even raise Chaurus eggs. Cannot speak traditional language. Mostly grunts. No longer sapient.

A blind creature with no humanity left.
